TOMATRONIC Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 2026

I. Scope of Services

TOMATRONIC provides professional image output and color management services, including but not limited to fine art giclée printing, photo printing, art reproduction, specialty material printing, ICC Profile customization, and framing services. We also operate the Print Archive (life.tomatronic.com), providing users with an exhibition space for their works. Specific service content shall be confirmed through mutual communication.

II. Consultation and Transaction Process

After submitting a custom order through this website, the system will generate a reference number for you. You may proactively contact us with this reference number, or leave your contact information through the contact form and await our response. Actual specification confirmation, production timeline, delivery method, and fees shall all be determined through offline communication between both parties.

This website does not provide online payment functionality. All fees shall be settled through offline methods after mutual agreement.

III. File Requirements

Image files you upload should meet production specifications. Supported formats are JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, HEIF, and TIFF, with a maximum of 50 files per upload and a maximum of 20MB per file. The system will automatically strip embedded EXIF metadata from images upon upload (such as GPS location, camera device, timestamps, etc.), and we do not retain this information.

Please do not upload files containing personal privacy or sensitive information. If your source files contain content unsuitable for network transmission, please submit your request first, then contact us to arrange offline delivery of original files. If you need to submit files in formats not supported by this website, please place your order first, then contact us to arrange file delivery.

IV. Payment and Refunds

Customized products do not support refunds after both parties have confirmed and payment has been completed. In the event of quality issues with the finished product, we provide replacement (reproduction) services; refunds are not offered. Please carefully confirm all specifications and requirements before payment.

V. Color Management

We commit to managing color deviation of output products in a controlled manner within our studio calibration system — that is, under professionally calibrated display equipment and standardized color management workflows. We do not guarantee that colors viewed on uncalibrated devices (such as your phone, tablet, uncalibrated monitors, etc.) will be completely consistent with the physical product. We recommend using physical sample prints or calibrated views provided by our studio as reference.

VI. Production and Delivery

Production timelines and delivery methods shall be confirmed during the consultation process. We will inform you of the estimated completion time upon confirmation. Risks during logistics transportation are borne by the carrier, and we will assist you in handling any transport anomalies.

VII. Print Archive

The Print Archive (life.tomatronic.com) is a user-maintained exhibition space. You bear full responsibility for the titles, descriptions, images, audio, video links, and other content uploaded to the Archive, and guarantee that such content does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights or other lawful rights and interests.

We reserve the right to take down content that violates regulations. After a print is taken down, you may view the takedown reason and cumulative count on the management page, and may re-publish after modification. If the same print is taken down three times cumulatively, the system will automatically delete that print and its associated files.

VIII. Intellectual Property

You guarantee that the print content you submit does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. TOMATRONIC reserves the right to display past service cases (excluding your confidential information). For content you upload to the Print Archive, intellectual property rights belong to you; you grant us the right to display such content within the scope of the Archive platform.

IX. Dispute Resolution

The formation, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If the parties cannot resolve disputes through negotiation, such disputes shall be submitted to the competent people's court in the location of this studio.

X. Privacy Policy

Regarding the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
